We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days, however, this can
increase during busy periods and holidays. If timescales are extended
details will be available on the homepage.
We offer carriage paid on orders over £200.
If you need your order more urgently please get in touch before you place your order and we will see what we can do.
The dispatch time is how long after you place the order you should
expect the item to be shipped, it is not how long it will take to arrive
Items sent within the UK are sent via 1st class signed for post, please allow at
least 2 working days for delivery after your item has been dispatched.
This is only a guide and may take longer. Royal Mail do not Class post
as being missing until 10 working days after the date of posting. If
your items have not arrived after 10 working days a full refund or
replacement will be given.
Items sent outside of the UK will be sent International Tracked & Signed and
take a minimum of 5 working days for delivery after dispatch.
Royal Mail does not class items posted internationally as undelivered
until 20 working days have passed for items sent to Europe and 25
working days to the rest of the world. If your item hasn't arrived after
these timescales a full refund or replacement will be given.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their account shows the
correct, current address. No refunds/replacements will be given for items sent to
an old/incorrect address.
